Yes the Links have rentals.

We will be open, weather permitting, on both courses. Rental clubs are available. Carts are available, weather permitting, as well.
The nine hole course is probably open, but maybe not the 18. Check on the website. And they do have rentals.
You might want to check with the course and see if they are even open this time of year.
There are rentals, however not the best. Might want to go to PGA superstore about 15 min down the road.
