No. Youd have to go the daley center. (If its still called that) and get one. Or most currency exchanges have that services as well. They just do like car stuff and identify stuff and driving stuff. And maybe some stuff i haven't mentioned but no birth certificates. If you live in the suburbs youd have to go to the board of health
