Yes they are open Monday's, but they currently don't do anything with driving on Mondays unless your getting a REAL ID. Only REAL id's on monday and make sure you bring your social security card, birth certificate, & 2 proofs of residency. Those proofs have to be a bank or credit card statement, check stub or a bill you pay.

Yes they are, closed tuesday and sunday. They have 2 entrances for different needs. One entrance is for people that need to get ID, DL, testing to get DL etc, the 2nd entrance is for plate sticker renewals,title and plate transfers other issues that has nothing to do with DL or ID
I don't think so, at least the one out south isn't.
