All facilities in Illinois will not require you to parallel park or enter and exit highways. They will however ask you to pull over to the side of the street and park and one final diagonal parking spot.
You do parallel when you arrive at the facility and your test is over. But for the test you have to park normally on the street and there they will ask you about how the tires are suppose to be in different scenarios.
