OK, so you said you 'did live' on the North side... well, since I trust you did move out, I guess I can help you. The two buildings sit on the West side of Halstead, just South of Polk, and it's definitely worth the time to visit. And I'm glad you got out of the North side.(grin) Go White Soxs!
But there were Hull House facilities on the north side. One was on Lawrence and Beacon and one was on Broadway and Belmont, which is now a "health club".
