Hi Beth, Unfortunately without one of her parents being present at the time of the procedure that isn't something we can do. A parent has to be here with their ID, and ID for the child as well. If it is easier for them, i can recommend a great studio in Rochester, Dorje Adornments. Their policies have changed a bit with everything going on right now, so they will want to contact them first to make sure everything is OK. -John Joyce
