what can i do about my neighbor letting his dogs run lose with out leashes and letting them poop in my and others yards this has been going on for years now and he does nothing about it no matter what you say to him

I feel your frustration, we have the same issue in my area. What is with the suburban mind set that makes people think this is okay?! I’d just call animal control if talking to your neighbor doesn’t help. Keep a log of all the times the dog is lose and how often you’ve spoken to him as well, it may be helpful info to have.
