It was probably an oversight on their behalf. Hopefully, the, what is called, "Error of their ways" were made known to them and corrected. Keep this in your thoughts when you are patronizing fast food, restaurants: (some) fast food, restaurant employees don't have the mind-set of what we the consumer expect of them. Meaning that, management in some of those types of restaurants are more focused on timing and speed instead of the accuracy of customer service.
With all the different dollar choices it's easy to get misled. They have $1, $2, and $3 items to choose from. I would find out from someone in authority about the price difference I was expecting.
