Today is July 2. The outside pool was NOT open the week of June 23rd. Is the outside pool going to be open July 3, 2018? Is there a charge to use the outside pool? The prior answers are unclear.

I would check the day you plan on going. They don't have enough life guards to keep them all open every day.
