Are Costco memberships universal? I have an Australian membership.

I believe that they are bc I used my US membership in Mexico without any problems.

I have used my US membership credit/member card in Canada. However, I had to use a different card for paying, since in Canada they accept only Mastercard and in Louisiana they accept only Visa.

You will be required to show your membership card when entering any Costco warehouse and when checking out at a payment register. Bar codes, photos or other copies are not acceptable

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. Just check with the customer service first. I am sure they will let you shop even if the card doesnt work.
