How to get an application to get on a waiting list for a two bedroom apt.? Phone number, best time to catch manager?

Wednesdays I believe before 3 pm they are in the office. There should be applications in the laundry house though all the time

I've been calling but no one never answers the phone . I'm trying to relocate back home to cherryvale

The manager is there on Mondays and Tuesdays
