I'm attempting to grow my nails out, I'm an anxious picker. Will acrylics help with this? How long does my natural nail need to be before I can get acrylics?

Gel nails are the way the way to go. Tia does beautiful gel nails.

I am not sure but you reall don't want acrylic nails they are bad for you. If you get any you want gel nails
