how come 10 minutes til 4 a.m. McDonald's in Sedalia stopped serving dinner meals when they told me dinner meals were from 1030 am til 4 am the next day

They may have had to shut down equipment for maintenance, or they could have jumped the gun a bit. Too many possibilities to know for sure.
