They start you off as a packer. It is hard work. You have to throw boxes of siding 50 to 75 pounds for 12 hours.
What you have to do as a production associate is, you have to check the siding and make sure there are no imperfections and pack the vinyl into a box for shipment. Cleaning around etc. Its a good job!
