Assuming you are asking about Oerlikon (Over Cord branded) wire/sticks the answer is no. You'd be far better off going to an actual welding supply house for that particular brand. If you are referring to heat tape/cord that is used to wrap around water pipes, then electrified, I must again answer no. Farm/Ranch usually have no freeze spigots so your best bet for hotwire/heat-tape/over-cord is going to be one of the mobile home parts outlets in Tulsa.
