Was the office open at all for the month of January? I haven't been able to reach anyone since December and was told I'll receive my recertification within a few days in December and just now received it today but it says I missed my appointment

This same thing just happened to me I’m just getting a letter today. I never received a recertification and now their saying I missed my dates 12/10/2018 and 12/17/2018 smh
