Fake stuff

I bought 3 bottles of Pleasure by Estee Lauder on 1/ 18 / 19. I got them on sale for 47.95. They are like 84.00. Bevause they were on sale I bought 3. I use to buy only one because lots of money. I opened 1 yesterday & it was fake. So I bought them back this morning & she says I can only give you the money for the ones not opened & she ask me for the free gift they gave me. I was so upset. I shopped there for years. And then she tries to give me back the free gift. Why in the hell would you ask for it & then try to give it back to me. I said no & I won, t be coming back here. I won, t even buy Estee Lauder anymore. Then she has no change. How do you open up a store with no change.
