Has anyone whom purchased furniture or mattress from experienced bed bugs? Or is that a hater comment?

I love my bamboo mattress set. They were sealed in plastic with no pest. I have had it about 8-9months and it sleeps just like the day I bought it.

We bought from here years ago, but never had bed bugs... Maybe they bought used and got unlucky?

I bought a Bamboo mattress and box spring this past fall. Everything was clean and sealed in plastic. No sign of bugs.
