Usually they do. Just depends on whether that store has the item in stock. I have had a store representive call and hold an item at another store, so I could go pick it up. If you aren't having any luck in the area, try ordering the item online at Kohls website.
It varies, i think they buy alot of older (6 month+) styles for the area that they are located in.
