I went to the Orland Park store yesterday placed the order for 4 cupcakes. I was not happy when I got home. They were very dry & hard. Not a happy customer at all. Will be calling this morning.

I'm so glad things were resolved for you, I have Never had a problem with them. They are professional, respectful, and courteous! At their location I've had Many issues with other businesses treating me a bit different and oftentimes ignoring me as a consumer. So I leave and consume somewhere else.. But Never here beautiful people beautiful place! I do hope it stays this way!

Not sure what your question is but I'm sure they will fix your order. I never had this issue so not sure. Mistakes happen, hope they make it right for you.
