Is the website down? It isn't working for me. I am trying to find library card requirements & costs if any so my son & I can get cards.

Sorry for the delay in answering. The website seemed to be having an issue on Friday but we think it has been resolved. Library card requirements are: LIBRARY CARD REQUIREMENTS: Be a resident of the Coal City Public Library District. You are a resident if: * You pay taxes to the Coal City Public Library District * You live in the Coal City Fire District. Have a photo id. Driver's license, state id, or student id is a valid form of a photo id. Have proof of address. Valid forms of proof of address are: * The correct address on your identification. * Something that has been mailed to your current address. * Checks with your current address. Have a parent's signature if you are under 18. Library policy states that a child under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for their library card. Replacement library cards have a $3 fee. Thank you!
