Is lard in all of Sal's recipes including tortillas, chips, enchiladas, beans, rice, everything??? Why, if so? No healthy beef or chicken options???

That I don't know but you could call the restaurant they'd be happy to answer any questions for you. I personally go there to eat Mexican food which is normally very fattening 😉😁

Not sure if they use lard to fry with. But there is chicken options and soups

We use lard to make most of our food. You are able to make special request to have dishes made without lard. The rice, beans, chips, and fried items are made with lard daily.
