How do you handle customer service complaints. I had one and when I called to speak to the Manager, I was told "what do you want to me to do?". Not the customer service experience I would expect.

Request the regional manager information or the customer service phone number. Usually there is a complaint department and based on the complain the appropriate person will contact you.
