Because of the lack of water for irrigation. They closed the front 9. The back 9 is a challenge, golf through valleys, hills, & dry creeks.
From what understand it is a "9 hole course" , but I believe it's a front and back. They had some issues going on and had to make a change to best fit the demand they were getting. Either way, it's a nice place to be, some nice views and really affordable
9 but if u want 18 u can go around again.
