If I buy a pre owned game it its not what I thought it would be would they take it back? Called and asked the other day and they said the trade value is only 10 bucks even though I paid 25 for it

It depends on how long you've had the game. If you just purchased it within the last few days, usually Gamestop will refund. If it is outside the window because you've owned it too long, you'll have to trade. That's my experience with them. I wouldn't make a habit of it though. The workers are observant of this because some people buy preowned, play, and return a few days later. Some people treat it like a free rental. Hope this helps. Call the store. The Clinton Hwy store is usually very helpful and friendly. I go there often.

How long have you had it? My GameStop will take it back with no questions asked. But it has to be within 7 days. And it has to be a used game not brand new
