An HD scooter just means heavy duty. It has a 500lb weight capacity. The rest of our scooters are considered standard sized.
I don't know but I would think it would be weight limits. I would think HD might be heavy duty. Each scooter has a weight limitation on it, but if you call they will tell you I'm sure, they are very nice there
