Catalyst is in a way the face of Jtek for the local people. And catalyst has single handedly made Jtek look like the worst place in Vonore TN to work. U never here how good Jtek is. U only here how CRAPPY catalyst is to work for.

Catalyst is pretty up front with the expectations they and by some extention JTEKT have. A lot of people fail to realize that they actually have to come to work, be on time and actually do work.

I actually started with Catalyst since I had no factory experience. I only worked through them for about a month then was hired on full time. Really didn't have a bad experience at all.
