I've been there sometimes and the service was excellent, but the last 2 times that myself and my family went to dine there the service was absolutely horrible!!! Not only that but the food was also justcas bad!!! Our ribs were served to us burnt as well as somewhat lacking in size . Meaning they were flat and hardly any meat on them. Now for the money that we spend in there i expect excellent service and quality all of the time!!! I suggest walking out of there and going somewhere else and calling management tommorow and theyll hopefully make it right for you.
Damn that's messed up because I love famous Daves ask for corporate# when she do come and excuse urself or better yet u should've been recording this so it want happen again I'm very disappointed

I have never sat at the bar. But I would tell some one higher up about the poor service. Usually the food is good but the last time I was there It was not as good. But the server I had was really good. Never had to ask for anything.

Not shocking. Our service and food have been sub-par every visit. Wont be back.
