I walked into puppy zone for the first time with my wife. What I saw left me extremely sad. Dogs laying in there own urine and poop. These dogs were over exhausted! The majority laying with there paws upright, there eyes blood red. Abuse!!!!

I found my best friend at Puppy Zone about 7 years ago! She has been great! So many people love her other than me, but luckily she is mine! She is Brussels Griffon. I wish I had bought her brother! I didn't see ANYTHING that you describe when I was there!

If this help one of my friends worked there for a short bit in the mornings. She would have to take the puppies outside in the mornings and clean them. From what she's told me the only time the puppies are allowed to leave those cribs are in the morning when they go potty and when people take them out to play. That's it. If they're sick they're taken to the back and left in cages with the only time getting out is if a vet sees them or in the mornings. She doesn't work there anymore cause the owners treated her with disrespect, but that's all I know. I hope it helps.
