I went there in cosmetic section for a Cologne in shelf .It was in locked-shelf.. Went to customer service after pressing pager button for 5 times . Went to customer service they paged and waited for about 1 hour to hear that they person with keys is on

Please sir 🙏 ☺️ be patient. Due to the pandemic all stores are having short-handed. I understand your frustration with this issue but you should try it once again or at least get it online. Have a wonderful day 😊.

I will definitely do that. They stole my 2 hours .

You all need to be patient we know things have changed since the pandemic so if we can get something online we need to do that because going in some of the stores we know employees are not there like they were before so and said before be patient if you really want it order it online you don't have to go in the store for Walmart anymore they will deliver it

Just call the copart office the Walmart in Dearborn I don't even try to access associates or anything they don't know nothing

Try calling the Corporate office.
