Are dogs allowed on the terrace?

I don't understand why people bring there dogs when they are shopping. We love our animals, but you can shop better when your pet are home! This was you can concentrate on what you are doing. And the answer to your question, I don't know.

The day that I was shopping there I didn't see any dogs going to the terrace when you walk through the doors you take the escalator up to the Giant store ground floor is where the parking lot
