I never have any problems. But im a regular and they know me. I know they are short staffed at times. Should of told manager about your experience.
Last time I was there, I tried something new (to me, at least) and the combo of ingredients was a bit odd for me, but everything was cooked right and my brother and I had excellent service. My brother is also a regular, though.
Been to Denny's a number of times. Always has good food and good service. A little expensive though.
I'm in agreement with the others that have replied thus far. They are shorthanded at times, I've seen this at several different times of day, so that starts with management/ownership and budgets. I have also seen different size portions of same items at different times. If they're not too busy portions are good, if they're very busy then the portions are smaller. BUT I've not had any experiences with BAD service. I have had a problem with bad food though and they were notified of it and gave us a discount on our meals. I agree that management should have been notified of the problem though.
High prices small, small portions sizes. But good food.
Sounds right. Did you see who was your cook? Sounds right. Even busy it shouldn't have took that long. Maybe cook was out back smoking. When your food was cooking.
You wouldn't think it would be so bad I don't know why they are always short-staffed at times it's an excellent place to eat breakfast and other times not so much I believe the owners need to focus on the quality and service
Unfortunately the Rossford location has always been a hit or miss.
