Pros 👍 Premiere theater experience. Exceptional Customer service. One of the best is theater quality imagery A/V visual quality & sound i.e Cinemark XD best following IMAX. Functional reserved seating services and no hassle app. Great variety of concession food and refreshments selections. I.e Coke products, Pizza Hut etc. Cons👎 If you're a Cinemark Movie Club member Remember to keep all of your transactional receipts!!! Sometimes concession stand staff forget to use the suggested sales techniques in order to obtain your points... The administrative staff cannot add or adjust your points if they don't have proof of purchase. So you will half to call the Cinemark customer service hotline. The points system is a chore to see your progress. Yes due to COVID-19 and supplies chain issues. They have haulted refills on Popcorn 🍿 & Soft Drinks. 🥤

I have only been there once but their website advertises that they do. I really liked the seating and the overall quality of the theater was great. It was our 1st time back to see a show since covid hit and it was a very good experience. The only thing I would have liked better was white cherry slurpees and the ability to purchase beer or wine there. Also no refills on a large popcorn which I was used to at AMC but still very good.
