I would be a little afraid to eat there since I'm sure this is used so much in this resturaunt
I'm not trying to sound rude here but it never hurts to ask a restaurant if they can make substitutions expectations really wants people's business so I would at least give it a shot before you decide not to go in there. Just my two cents
I wouldn't take the risk of going to a restaurant that needs to use milk and butter so much on their food, and platters.

I wouldnt leave that responsibility in their hands. This place is extremely busy making breakfast food...you do the math..
