I disagree with expensive. No offense, but Utah residents are a bit too "thrifty". Can you find cheaper cookies? Yes. At Walmart. I am a cookie connoisseur! You get what you pay for. They are baked fresh. Natural ingredients. I have lived in 3 states now. They are hands down the best at what they do.
Thank you for thinking of RubySnap! Since we are a gluten facility, we cannot claim a gluten free statement. One local company who makes a large gluten free variety is Lucky Spoon. Also try City Cakes for gluten free options. We do not offer shapes, simply because we don't house a sheeter to roll out cookies for cutting shapes. Our specialty is fresh flavors, using fresh ingredients, very homestyle, made from scratch cookies. However, Cakes de Fluer does a really amazing job at cookies shapes and their stylized cookies also taste great. Hope that leads you in the right direction for your needs. xoxo
Not sure about that, but you could call and ask them. The owner (Tami) is really nice and friendly. All I have seen is round cookies made, but they MAKE them there... So I do not see why they couldn't accommodate your request, especially if you placed an order in advance. Wouldn't hurt to ask. One thing is for sure, every cookie choice is a home run choice! Can't go wrong. Another option is they also sell their frozen dough pre made, so you can thaw it out if you like, and bake your own. That is also an option. (Tell Tami that Joe sent you.) :)
