My niece is having a Halloween/birthday party there, under I'm guessing a pavilion of some sorts.... Are dogs allowed there? He would like to dress up and attend too. :)

Yes your pets are allowed under the pavillion. Small dogs are allowed in the building too.

My dog is an Emotional Support Dog so he was allowed inside the building. I'm sure outside under pavilion will be ok.
