They don't at all

They do.

They're a big company that cares mostly about the big companies they service than the personal accounts they have. They charge too much and the garbage people they have expected you to give them cash at the end of the year for Christmas.... Lol they're all funny

This company absolutely sucks garbage pickup whenever their phone rings and rings no answers a complete suck up to politics is how they got the contract

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. We were never able to count on them. Regularly had to call and ask why my recycling was not picked up. They were NEVER apologetic, and it was a massive inconvenience. I called today to ask why my trash hadn’t been picked up, they told me they stopped servicing my area...they claim they sent a letter. I never got a letter. They confirmed they did not even attempt to call, text, or email. I offered to pay for a recovery truck to just come get all of this extra garbage and recycling while I fond a new serving company, they said no. I found another servicing company and they are currently swamped with all of the influx of customers that Advanced Disposal completely screwed over. Most of which also never received a letter. I absolutely would never recommend this company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

A few years ago this was a dependable company but recently they have slipped. They keep changing dates; sometimes they tell you, sometimes they don't.
