I doubt it, they would probably outsource it and it would cost about $60... Better off buying new. You could take them in and see if one of the techs on the floor could help you get them working right though. It could be a technical problem and not hardware.
Best Buy offers protection plans on headphones so that if they stop working you can exchange them for a new item in store. They don't fix things like that. Sometimes they will honor the one year manufacturer return policy as well, if you didn't purchase their protection plan (as long as there is no physical damage) and be able to give you a store credit. Not all products qualify though, it depends on the manufacturer. If you have the method of payment you used to purchase the item you can bring it in to customer service and if they can locate your receipt they can attempt to exchange/ return it for store credit. If they can't find your receipt though then you're out of luck! But give it a shot, it's better than just losing your money!
