They go by the size but that is a good place to go for a child of that age bracket
Yes. There are rides for younger childern and a seperate side of the waterpark for younger kids as well. The amusement park is not large but there are a few rides for toddlers.
The kids section is in the back behind the gift shop there's a sign that points to kiddie land

They don't go by age they go by height if child is 36 inches there is more rides for him/her to do. There is 7 or 8 in kiddie land alone
