what can be done when you are expecting a delivery and it never comes---then you are told you have to wait another 9 days even though they are making deliveries to other customers?

That happened to us recently We waited for 2 months and they wanted a payment We asked for a refund and the manager said it looks like its cpming in 3 days Smh we went to value city and was satisfied

Go to the store and demand your money back. Be very aware they have a restocking fee! We found out the hard way. Customer service is not their middle name.
