I returned an item today, one day after purchase. The policy that allows returns in one week is in effect even though receipts say all sales final. I was only given the option of store credit, not a refund. This is not a problem, since I live nearby. In my opinion, it's a clean, organized store where bargains can be found and staff is courteous!
This is still our policy. Please bring it back within a week with the receipt and tag.
It used to be that you could bring an item back and get store credit only. Not sure if their policy has changed since I have not stopped in there for a while.
I was under the impression that all sales are final.
