I am traveling with a family member who has a Latino name. They are American born and have a birth certificate. Is the staff going to contact ICE if we don't bring proper documentation?

I thought the corporate sites were stopping that practice. I'm not sure if it's corporate or private.

I wouldn't worry about it one bit! Besides, they don't even have to go into the office!

I didn't get that feeling about them or the motel in general. When I was there the gentleman working the desk was middle eastern, so you should be fine.
