Why is it that I paid for my washer on 8-6-18 and I still don't have a working washer. Is there any sort of professionalism there. Or is this a rip off scam?

I received a nice refrigerator from them and I haven't had a problem with them the boss is very nice and takes really good care of his costumers if your having a issue talk to him he will work it out for you
