It really depends on how many tickets are sold and what type of show it is. If they aren't sold out, they usually allow anyone with a disability to sit there however talk to the box office, ushers or security when you get there. If it's a GA show, it may be harder to get a seat in there. One thing to note, check tickets for the suites. I've paid nearly the same price ticket for a show that was ga and had a great view with a bar stool instead of a moshing crowd. Suite tickets are only sold by the box office and not ticketmaster but you can see the prices on their website or call them.
