So last time I was there we had 8 people and we fit just fine
Short answer: yes. Long answer: The party rooms are small so if you plan on having a room it may be hard to get a large group inside them, but they do offer extra tables outside the rooms if needed. You can tell them how many people are coming to play when you book the party and you will have to pay for anyone doing activities, but spectators are free. If you are planning for a large group, (I think it's 15+) you may have extra charges on your bill for large group gratuities.
