No, leisureville in Pompano Beach DOES NOT have any legal 3 bedroom homes. Unless someone converted a garage or the back addition on the larger model homes you will not find a 3 bedroom "In Leisureville" I have been doing A/C repair and replacements in leisureville for 30 years this year. I have been inside just about ever apartment and house in the complex at some point.
