For an example, Im 11 and I have two cousins with me 11 and 12. We wanna watch a pg-13 movie but we looked on the website and it says we need am id. Do we have to bring one?

Yes, I believe you do. You can have an adult, preferably your parents, buy the tickets. But generally if you're underage, you can't get into the theater without an adult, hence the PG-13.
