Even if the house is closed is it still accessible from the park to view the garden?

You can see some parts of the garden from outside the house (still need to adhere to the horticultural center hours).

There is a bridge outside if shofuso that you can see in very easily but you still need access to the historical grounds themselves as previously mentioned

This area of the park is gated at two locations, so you can only access during business hours
