It is all about the dollar with these companies anymore, they don't care.
This is not an appropriate question for the public. You should have entered a review instead. No guide would probably know the answer to this. My guess would be poor staffing or management. However, unless people complain with reviews or to management, this will not improve.

I think all this goes back to the employees that they have in this area from the top down I agree though I usually go to the independence location to get my deli stuff and produce
