They change the bins a few times a day, but sometimes there's just not much of anything. It's hit or miss
Monday mornings usually has more stuff than average
The bins are re filled every few hours. You can come anyday at anytime the bins will be re-filled.
I haven't noticed a difference in fullness however, I don't like going on weekends. It seems like a lot more trash on the weekends. (Or maybe it was just my unlucky day)
I really don't understand it if actually they do much changes in the bin or they add to the left over and re-circle all over again
